These conditions shall come into force upon our acceptance of your order. All other terms, conditions, warranties or representations express or implied whether made before, or at the time of, or after, your order or instructions, and even if contained therein, are so far as permitted under the sale of goods act 1979 and the unfair contract terms act 1977 hereby excluded.
Prices can be changed without notice. Prices stated include V.A.T
Carriage charges will be charged per order and include V.A.T. Delivery times are subject to stock. Any times quoted are estimates only. We will not be held liable for failure to dispatch within such times. Difficulties of delivery on behalf of the seller or its suppliers either unforeseen or through no fault on the part of the seller shall entitle the seller to withdraw from the contract without liability, the seller will NOT be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier company. Please check for next day delivery items.
Your order will only be accepted upon our receipt of confirmed approval of payment. Once received we will email you with confirmation of your order.
Its the responsibility of the buyer to order the correct part. The seller shall deliver the part ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by a third party to the buyer or recommendation from a technical diagnosis.
Photographic images are soley for aesthetic purposes and should not be used as identification of parts. Due to the constant change and development of products appearance, some items supplied may vary from the online images.
The goods are supplied as per manufacturers specifications and subject to manufactures modification without notice.
Subject to receiving notice by email, fax, or writing ‘consumers’ have a 7 day cancellation period commencing from the day of receipt of goods providing they are in re-saleable condition and have not been fitted. The goods must be returned within 14 days of notice. Should the goods have to be collected by the seller, the seller reserves the right to charge the cost of recovery. In a case where the buyer believes a part to be faulty, the item will be returned to the supplier for testing, if the item is faulty a credit will be issued, if the item is not faulty it will be returned to the buyer. The seller also holds the right to charge any handling or carriage charges that may accure during this process.
Buyers orders accepted by the seller may not be cancelled under any circumstances unless agreed in writing by the seller. Any request may be made by email but will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge except for printed circuit boards (pcbs) which are non-returnable. Where return is agreed the seller must receive the item within 14 days and returned items must be in a re-saleable condition. Original outward carriage is non refundable. Refunds that are accepted by the seller may take up to 30 days from receipt of goods.
In the case of damaged in transit notice must be given to the seller with 3 days of receiving goods, Any parcels with exterior damage must be signed ‘damaged’ upon receipt.
Should the buyer fail to take delivery of the goods the seller shall be fully entitled to arrange storage either at its own warehouse or elsewhere on the buyers behalf and it reserves the right to recover all additional charges for storage or re-delivery.
The law applicable to all contracts is English law and the buyer submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
